Policies

Discounts & Gift Certificates

Discounts:
10% AARP for Seniors
10% Discount for Military with current ID
10% Discount for DAV members with membership card
10% Discount for Repeat Guests
Discounts are given for extended stays. Call for rates and availability.
Corporate rates are available during the week. Call for rates.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are payable in full at the time they are issued. Gift Certificates are non-refundable or non-transferable once they are issued. They have an expiration date of 1 year from time of issue. Gift Certificates must be redeemed by the expiration date. Sorry, No extensions will be given. No refunds or cash payments for unused portions of certificate may be used.

The policies for staying at the bed and breakfast include:
-- Dinner selections are from the menu page. Please notify us with the selection 3 or more days in advance, so we can provide you with the freshest meal possible. Also because of the fact we are not a full restaurant, please consider selecting one meal for each night that you both will enjoy.

-- Even one night guests may order dinner following the above request (please note price of dinner and tax are not included in room rate unless it's in a package).

-- We offer a tobacco free environment inside. Ashtrays are furnished and smoking is permitted outdoors on the deck or out the entrance door in the parking area.

-- We are sorry, we can't accommodate children.
-- Acceptable payment methods include: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cash, Travelers checks and Personal check

-- Check in is any time after 3:00 p.m.
-- Checkout is by 11:00 a.m.
-- We are members and meet all requirements of the Bed and Breakfast Association of Arkansas.

-- Room Rates are based on double occupancy.
-- There is a minimum of two nights on holiday weekends.
-- Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
-- A 48 hour cancellation policy is in effect.

Pet Friendly

Let us know you'll be bringing your pet when you make your reservation and we'll be sure to have your cabin ready for the three of you.

For folks with allergies to animals, Raspberry Manor is safe. We do have a Bishon Frishe named Laci in the home, but she's hypoallergenic which is why we chose that breed. Nobody has had any type of problem with her including a son who has allergies to dogs and cats.
